Dear all,
The Cantonal and University Library Bihac, Bosnia and Herzegovina is organising The 10th International Librarians' Conference known as June on Una River from 13-15 June 2013 www.bibliotekabihac.com The Conference will take place in one of the most beautiful parts of The Balkan, and it will be an opportunity not only to attend the scientific conference but also to enjoy in a lovely countryside.
As a partner institution to LIT (Limerick Institute of Technology, Ireland) who lead the Tempus project Developing Information Literacy for lifelong learning and knowledge economy in Western Balkan countries (Tempus project 517117) involving also other partner institutions from Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo under UNSC Resolution 1244/99, Romania, Greece and the United Kingdom, funded by the EU through Tempus, our aim is to extend the project implementation and benefits of IL worldwide.
The main Conference topics are as follows:
- Information Systems in the Libraries
- Information Literacy Development in the Region
- Information Literacy and Lifelong Learning
