The Library of Congress European Division has an entry level reference librarian position with promotion potential for a librarian who will focus on Hungarian and Romanian language collections and reference work.

There are a series of questions about experience to respond to linked to from the job announcement that include an explanation of the desired knowledge of the two languages (as well as other aspects). This may be of particular interest.
Ability to communicate in English, Hungarian, and/or Romanian. Communicated professional and/or technical information in English and in both Hungarian and Romanian to support a wide range of professional activities including reading, writing, speaking, and/or translating. If the language experience described above does not include both Hungarian and Romanian, then the language the candidate has less experience with must be at least a working knowledge sufficient to support reference, collection development, and/or research tasks.
