Dear members of EAHIL, dear friends!

Following our mail of Monday, 4 February 2019, we are pleased to announce that registration for EAHIL 2019 is now open. We would once again like to invite you cordially to participate at this year's exciting workshop in Basel, Switzerland, to be held from 17 – 20 June 2019.

We recommend you take advantage of early-bird registration at the price of CHF 370.00, which runs until 31 March 2019. After this date, a surcharge of CHF 60.00 will apply (total registration cost: CHF 430.00).

Before starting your registration, take time to familiarize yourself with the registration procedure set out in the following instructions:

First, create your user account on ConfTool platform by clicking on "Register new." You need to do this only once. Do not create a second account. If you submitted a paper, for instance, you already have an account, which you will use to register as a participant.
Once you are logged in to your account, continue by clicking on "Register as participant." Select the first category: EAHIL 2019 delegate, etc. The registration form will open where you can book all your Continuing Education Courses (CECs), workshops and social program activities.
For organizational reasons, it is necessary that you select all the workshop sessions you wish to attend.
Delegates signing up for full registration (probably most of you!) in the first section of the form continue with their choice of CECs in the subsequent sections.
Have your credit card ready as well as your security device (mobile phone, access codes etc.). Payment is accepted by credit card only. This helps us to keep administration costs low. Should this regulation jeopardize your participation at EAHIL 2019, please get in touch with theLocal Organizing Committee (LOC).

After completing the registration process, you can access your payment details and registration confirmation in your user account. Your password-protected login keeps your personal information secure. Your password is encrypted and visible to no one. A restricted number of LOC members only have access to your registration data, for instance in order to compile participant lists. Your credit card information is used during the payment process only, and is not filed anywhere in your account.
