2014 májusában az akkor még Magyar Nemzeti Galéria könyvtára szervezett egy bemutató előadást az új RDA (Resource Description and Access) szabványról.
Az előadó Vass Johanna volt. Később kollégánk Horváth Tamás az MKE Mezőgazdasági Szervezet elnöke írt e témában cikket (Agrárkönyvtári Hírvilág 2014/4. számában. http://www.omgk.hu/AH2014/4/rda-szemantikus-web-vass.htm )
Úgy látszik, hogy az RDA kezd elterjedni egész Európában, és nem csak a német és angol nyelvű országokban.

Registration is now open for EURIG open seminar "RDA in the Baltics and Eastern Europe" , hosted by the National Library of Latvia, 23-25th May, 2016.
Join us to learn about the latest developments in RDA (Resource Description and Access). Presentations will cover implementations and experience of working with RDA in Europe; especially in the Baltics and Eastern Europe; the internationalization of RDA's governance and development structures; potential of RDA for memory institutions.
Speakers will include: Simon Edwards, Chair of the EURIG Board, Gordon Dunsire, Chair of the RDA Steering Committee, Alan Danskin, Chair of EURIG.
