Based on the experience of the first school ( http://www.summer.ceu.hu/archives-2012 ) (Budapest, 2012), the Summer School on Policies and Practices in Access to Digital Archives 2013 is built around the concept of the life-cycle of the digital objects in the current hybrid archival background. It aims to provide a better attendance chance to young faculty, particularly from Central and Eastern European countries. In 2013 the ADA Summer School will be held by the University of Macerata, Department of Education, Cultural Heritage and Tourism (Italy) under the direction of Pierluigi Feliciati, and the co-direction of Gabriella Ivacs (Central European University, Budapest) and Milena Dobreva (University of Malta).
